
Max Broome was raised in West Sonoma County, is a graduate of El Molino High School, the University of Oregon (Eugene) and the University of San Francisco School of Law. He is a member of the State Bar of California and the Sonoma County Bar Association. Prior to opening his law practice in 2008, Max practiced law in San Francisco and at two Santa Rosa law firms, in addition to serving as a research attorney with the Superior Court of California, Sonoma County. Prior to law school, Max worked as a legal assistant at international law firms in Washington DC and San Francisco. Prior to that, Max worked in politics, serving as a congressional intern, campaign staffer and political research analyst.
On a more personal level, Max enjoys spending as much time as possible with his family and working to improve his community. In this regard, he currently serves as an elected member of the Forestville Unified School District’s Board of Trustees, in addition to serving as the current President of the Forestville Planning Association, a local 501 c 3 organization charged with serving the Forestville community as a conduit of information and to facilitate an open forum for community interaction/input in connection with local planning and related community issues, both large and small. When not working or spending time with his family, Max enjoys time on his bike and fishing his favorite rivers and streams.
